There Was Michael Jackson & a Sardine.
6:44 PMI died last night. :(
Emma Jo, the sweetest girl in the ward, ruthlessly slaughtered me last night. So now I'm dead.
oh well. I guess I can have a Fakebook profile picture again and change my name from "Hales" back to "Haley." sheesh.
me, Eric, Brian, {and some other people in the ward Sadie, Jenna, Christa, Jesse and other people I'm forgetting as well as some new stranger-friends} went to IKEA last night in Draper to play Sardines.

this was Eric's hiding spot.
I dare say he looks rather dashing in this pose.
ohhhhhhhhhhh Eric. so glad we're besties.

this is where I hid. a teeny tiny hole-in-the-wall slit between two closets.
I was seriously impressed with how tiny I am.
also you can creepily see Eric in that mirror sneaking out of his spot.
hee hee.
I've never really had body image issues, because I'm a tiny person. but I definitely haven't felt as small as usual lately. {ha. I'm not preggo, so don't ask. that's Chantelly's area of expertise.... just kidding. she'd kill me if she knew I wrote that.} but I was pleasantly surprised that I could fit in the tiny wall space. :)
we only played for like three more rounds because we took soooooooooo long to leave the Riv parking lot/eat dinner when we got to IKEA. doesn't matter though, it was still super fun. I was the last person to hide. I seriously just walked one room over and hid against a wall behind one of the hanging curtains.
no one ever found me.
well, sort of. the one person that did find me only found me because it'd been almost ten minutes and I wasn't sure if anyone was even looking for me.I started creeping around to see if they were playing a mean trick, when one of the guys saw me.
drat.
anyways, he was the only one who ever found me. :) I was impressed with that too.
then on the drive home, Eric started texting scandalous things to Tyler from my phone.
eeeeeeeeeeeeevil boy. I hate him. he's never allowed in my car ever again. or to touch my phone. or to be my friend.
harsh? prolly.
when I got back to my apartment that night, Kenzie, Leah & Chantelly were watching Michael Jackson's This is It Concert movie thing. okay, I honestly had no desire to see that movie, but I watched it because it was on my t.v. and I was super glad I did!! it was a phenomenal show, and so crazy/sad to think that he's dead. :(
