Oh my goodness so for all the Twihards like me, we have 4 1/2 HOURS left until the final Twilight book comes out!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
I made a shirt. Yes I'm a dork, I'm fully aware of that. And I'm going to the Borders Midnight Release Party in about an hour an a half with Abby and Emma Luthi, Kjrstin, and Melanie. Except for the stupid fact that I didn't preorder the book because I didn't think I would want it this badly. The plan was just to go to Walmart in the morning like when it first opens and buy it because it's cheaper there. Except now I'm reeeeeeeeally regreting that. Ugh. I'm dumb. So I'm hoping that my shirt (which still isn't finished by the way) just turns out to be bomb-awesome and I win their homemade t-shirt contest and get a free copy of the book at the Borders Party.
I also found out today that Eliesa, one of my five roommates for the fall, is signed up for Foundations of Leadership too! Yay! Friends! lol I was talking to Mary-Celeste about it today, and I kind of realized I have NO idea what this conference thing even is! So I'm glad Eliesa's going too, that way if it's completely awful we can just cry together. :P Or if it's really really good, we'll have a jumpstart on roommate bonding and friendliness. It's a win win either way. Go team.
AAAH! I need this book. I kind of like stop breathing when I think about it. Haha I was at work today playing Mahjong on my iPod as usual, but I was listening to the Mitch Hansen Band, which a the Twilight-inspired band. They kind of suck, and all the songs are SO beyond cheesy, but it makes me laugh and it DEFINITELY got me in the Twilight mood. Their singing is pretty awful on most songs, and their guitar playing is mediocre. But props to them for creativity and being able to actually WRITE music. I can't do that. So, I guess I probably shouldn't be dissing them.... Sorry Mitch Hansen Band. They're really cool I didn't mean to be so judgmental and harsh. Go team! :P
